track newForeignPtr_ change -- maybe some day we could get rid of Addr and ForeignObj.
btw I have eliminated these from GreenCard's StdDIS (now called Foreign.GreenCard) so hopefully people will switch over. (But anyone using an old StdDIS can keep using Addr and ForeignObj if they want - so switchover migt not be immediate...) A
