http://galois.com/~sof/hugs98-nov2003.msi contains a test Windows Installer (i.e., .msi). Includes HOpenGL support. Reports of installer bugs & other issues most welcome. I've got one or two changes to make on the doc front (include .hlp and HTMLHelp versions of the users_guide) + fix WinHugs so that it'll be able to locate the documentation.
