This involves * renaming some fields * replacing IOErrorKind with IOErrorType and the GHC names for the constants. * adding an ioe_handle field, with corresponding changes to mkIOError() * moving Handle to Hugs.Prelude * adding Show instances for Handle and HandlePosn (required by H98). The Handle instance is rather lame.
