The following behaviour is now implemented: * :edit is synchronous, causing the interpreter to wait for the editor process to complete before returning. If it shuts down in an orderly manner, reload the edited script. * use CreateProcess() instead of Windows 3.x's WinExec(). * allocate a new console window for console-based editors, none for GUI/windows based ones.
