How do you do the package conversion under Windows? I'm planning to move the ffihugs calls into convert_package, because it has a list of the modules and knows where the package's cbits and include directories are, so that less additional information is required. (The only additional information needed is which files out of cbits go with which module, and what additional libraries are needed.)
