Two changes seem to have happened: 1) The +q flag makes things even quieter. I didn't really look at what was different but it seems like it doesn't report which files it is loading anymore - so the number of lines to ignore got much smaller. 2) When printing IOErrors, an extra carriage return is added to the error message.
