Use a global constant (Building.compiler) to switch the behaviour of the compiler, where it differs. Mainly affects where pre-defined functions are imported from, and whether primitive MAGIC is invoked or not. Several were qualified with qualImpNHC, which somehow was pointing to the name "Yhc.Internal". Because we want both "NHC.Internal" and "Yhc.Internal", depending on the compiler, there are now clones of the 10 or so names. Yhc gets the originals, nhc98 gets the new names.
