There is a darcs repo for cpphs, and I have experimentally moved the
cpphs subcomponent of the nhc98 source tree over from CVS to darcs,
to get a feel for how difficult it is going to be when the entire
libraries subtree moves.
I not sure that I plan to move the whole of nhc98 into darcs.
Unless it would make it easier to move patches in either direction
between yhc and nhc98.
