As proposed by Malcolm, corrected wrong transformation of pattern bindings.
A top-level pattern binding
Just x = undefined
produced the wrapper function
gx px T.mkRoot = T.constUse px T.mkRoot sx
The qualified variable T.mkRoot is nonsense.
Correct is:
gx px p = T.constUse px p sx
Also introduced a function mkParentVar to generate the variable "p" with different positions.
