Log Message:
Update 'hi' to use the new compiler-configuration scheme recently
adopted by 'hmake'.  This requires several more source files from
the hmake directory, but rather than copy them here, we just use
the originals.  (Hence, Unlit.hs can be removed because it was just
a copy.)  HmakeConfig.hs is simplified and renamed to HiConfig.hs.
