Small modifications to java browser tool:
1. Read and show output data even if an ERROR was found in the hat file.
2. Accept additional argument "-remote" with a node address. Pass the
   argument on to hat-connect. Options allows interfacing from hat-detect
   and hat-observe to start hat-trail at a particular node.
