Fix output-chunking in the tracer.
It turns out that    IO (\world-> something)   gives nasty traces,
but                  IO (const (something))    gives nice traces.
The underlying reason is that the "trusting" mechanism for lambda
abstractions is wrong, but this is a workaround until "trusting" is
fixed.
