I am in the middle of converting Hat from CVS to darcs, and it seems that a test "push" caused all the old patches to be emailed out, not just the latest one.
You probably just need to create a .current-hash file; see /home/simonmar/bin/commit-messages-split.sh for the relevant code. Maybe we should have a script to initialise a repo for the commit messages script? Thanks Ian
