Make a small fix to yesterday's fix for a qualified name used in the
module in which it is defined.  Because of the way we build the Prelude
(in lots of small files, each called 'module Prelude'), yesterday's
fix occasionally does the wrong thing.  The current fix is a hack to
check whether we are building the Prelude or not.
