These are not yet compilable. The IO library relies on many compiler-specific primitives (see IOPrimitives), which need to be wrapped by hand. The Ratio library cannot be compiled directly by nhc98, because its definitions clash with those in the real Prelude/Ratio modules. However, I think it can be _transformed_ by the portable src->src tracing transformation.
