Apologies for the patch spam relating to Hat. I am in the middle of converting Hat from CVS to darcs, and it seems that a test "push" caused all the old patches to be emailed out, not just the latest one. Luckily I caught it after only 305 patches, rather than the full 1374. I will let everyone know when the darcs repo is working correctly. Regards, Malcolm

You probably just need to create a .current-hash file; see /home/simonmar/bin/commit-messages-split.sh for the relevant code. Maybe we should have a script to initialise a repo for the commit messages script? Thanks Ian

The strange thing is that I did exactly that. I put the filename of the most recent patch in .current-hash, and yet still somehow it went wrong.

Might be a good idea. Regards, Malcolm
