YOUR ASSISTANCE IS NEEDED
by kologamba＠netscape.net 07 Jan '04

07 Jan '04

You may be surprised to receive this letter from me, since you don'tknow me personally; I am KOLO GAMBA the first son of MOYO GAMBA who was recently murdered in a land dispute in Zimbabwe. I am writing this letter to request your assistance and confidentiality to handle a transfer of fund into a Foreign account and I decided to write you,my late father was among the few black Zimbabwean rich farmers murdered in cold blood by the agents of the ruling Government of President Robert Mugabe, for his alleged support and sympathy for the Zimbabwean opposition party controlled by the white minority, Before my fathers death, he has taken to Johannesburg and deposited the sum of Twelve Million United State Dollars ($12million)with a Security and Finance Company as if he foreseen the looming danger in Zimbabwe. This money was allocated for the purchase of new Machinery and chemical products for Agro allied farm and for the establishment of new farms in Lesotho and Swaziland. These land problems arose when President Robert Mugabe introduced a new land act that wholly affected the rich white farmers, and the blacks vehemently condemned the "mods operandi" adopted by the government. This resulted to rampant Killings and mob action by the war veterans and some political thugs, precisely more than three thousands(3,000)people have so far been killed.Heads of government from the west, especially Britain and United States have voiced their condemnation of Mugabe's plans. Subsequently, South Africa Development Community (S.A.D.C) has continuously supported Mugabe's new land act, it is against this background that my entire family who are currently residing in South Africa have decided to transfer my father's money into a foreign account. As the eldest son of my father, I am saddled with the responsibility of seeking a genuine foreign account where this money could be transferred without the knowledge of my government who are tactically freezing our family's wealth and South Africa government seem to be playing along with them. I am faced with the dilemma of investing this money in South Africa for the fear of encountering the same experience in the future, since both countries have the same political history. More so, The South Africa Foreign Exchange policy does not allow such investment, Hence I am seeking for political asylum in The Netherlands. As a business person whom I entrusted my future and that of my family into his hands, I must let you know that this transaction is 100% risk free and the nature of your business does not necessarily matter. For your assistance,we are offering you 15% of the sum 80% for me and my family, while 5% will be mapped out for any expenses that we may incurred during this transaction. We wish to invest our money on commercial properties based on your advice. Finally, I will demand for assurance that you will not sit on the money when it gets to the account you are going to provide in your country. If this proposal is accepted by you, please confirm by you sending me an email. Thank you and God bless you. Awaiting your urgent respond. Best Regards, KOLO GAMBA..

Dear Sir, TRANSFER OF US$30.5M AMERICAN DOLLARS INTO YOUR ACCOUNT I, on behalf of my colleagues from different Federal Government of Nigeria Parastatals, decided to solicit your assistance as regards the transfer of the above mentioned amount into your bank account. This fund accrued from the over-invoicing of various contracts awarded in my parastatal to certain foreign contractors some time ago. We, as holders of sensitive positions, in our various parastatals, were mandated by the Federal Government to scrutinize all payments made to certain foreign contractors and we discovered that some of the contracts they executed were grossly over-invoiced either by omission or commission. Also, we discovered that the sum of $35.5M (THIRTY-FIVE MILLION, FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND US DOLLARS ONLY) is lying in a suspense account, although the foreign contractors were fully paid their contract entitlements after executing the said contracts. We all agreed that the over-invoiced amount be transferred (for our own use) into a foreign bank account provided by a trust worthy foreign partner, because we are Government workers and the civil service code of conduct does not allow us to operate our own foreign accounts. However, we have succeeded in transferring some of this over-invoiced money. Precisely $5.0M (FIVE MILLION US DOLLARS ONLY) was transferred into a foreign account in MOROCCO (North Africa) but the provider of the account in Morocco is up to some mischief and has refused to comply with the earlier mutual agreement by insisting that the total amount be paid to his account before disbursement will take effect. If for a meager $5.0M (FIVE MILLIONUS DOLLARS ONLY) we are not compensated, is it when the balance of $30.5M (THIRTY-FIVE MILLION, FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND US DOLLARS) is transferred that we will be sure of our full compensation? For some time now, this fellow has refused to contact us, and all efforts to reach him have failed so far. We cannot keep crying over this misfortune, but we have to forge ahead. We are therefore seeking your assistance so that the remaining amount of US$30.5M can be speedily processed and fully remitted into your nominated bank account. On successful remittance of the fund into your account, you will be compensated with 30% of the amount for your assistance and services, while 5% of the sum will be set aside to offset any expenditure that would be incurred by either of the parties in then course of execution. So far, much has been said due to our sensitive positions, we cannot afford a slip in this transaction neither can we proceed with you without getting full guarantee from you that our shares will reach us safely after the money has reached your bank account! There must be a convincing way for you to assure us of this. I am at your disposal to entertain any question(s) from you with respect to this transaction, so contact me immediately by email for further information on the requirements and procedure for this transaction. Please, treat with the strictest confidentiality and utmost urgency. Yours faithfully, Dr.Rufus Pepple

Your Help
by Mrs Rebecca Goha 05 Jan '04

Dearest in the Lord Greetings to you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. I am former Mrs Medina Ahmed now Rebecca Goha, a new Christian convert of 74 years old after receiving the sacrament of baptism from a Christian denomination. For quite a good number of years now, i have been suffering from cancer of the breast and fibroid of the womb and from all indications ,my condition is deteriorating by day that i wont live more than six months from now as predicted by my doctors. My husband who is now late was killed during the US raid against terrorism in Afghanistan.Throughout the period of my marriage with my husband, all efforts to bear children proved abortive because of my poor state of health. My husband was a very wealthy and influential man throughout his life. After his death,i inherited all his businesses and wealth. Since it is now obvious that i may not survive my poor state of health, i have deemed it necessary to leave a legacy on Earth and give a positive account and justification of the life i lived on Earth before the Lord. This i want to achieve by committing part of this wealth to the development of church and the upbringing of the less privileged.I am willing to donate a sum of $ 9,000,000.00 for the church and less privileged in your country. Please, note that this sum was securely deposited in a security company overseas in my name by my husband . I have highlighted my solicitor on the said sum and all the possible assistance he would render to you on the documents covering the money so as to enable you receive it as i cannot follow it up because of my ill health.Presently, he is in Iraq monitoring the restoration of peace and democracy there. Lastly, i honestly pray that this money when remitted to you is judiciously used for the said purpose and you will take 10% of it for doing this corporal work of mercy. This is because i have come to realise that wealth acquisition without Christ is vanity upon vanity. Please, get back to me immediately for further elaborations. May the almighty Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God and the true fellowship of the holy spirit be with you and your family. I await your response. Yours in Christ. Mrs Rebecca Goha
