patch applied (generics): Added TestGEqBTree

  * Added TestGEqBTree

  Equality tests two things:

   * Separate compilation.
   * Multiple arguments (equality has two).

  However the test is done on Company which fails
  for Polyp. That is why we do the test here on BinTree.
  See it as a form of a lowest common denominator.
