A Tick index can index into ModBreaks.modBreaks_xxx to fetch source-level information about where that tick originated. - When a user specifies e.g. a line breakpoint using :break, we'll reverse engineer what a Tick index for that line - We update the `BreakArray` of that module (got from the LoaderState) at that tick index to `breakOn`. - A BCO we can stop at is headed by a BRK_FUN instruction.
