Read the big Note [Overview of known-key names] in GHC.Types.Name Some things had to be reworked slightly to accomodate the new known-keys design. A significant one was the generation of auxiliary KindRep bindings, which was greatly simplified. Note [Grand plan for Typeable] was updated accordingly. Another example: GHC.Internal.CString was merged into GHC.Internal.Types.
