Dear GHC devs
Is something stuck in CI?
https://gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/ghc/-/merge_requests/13553 has been stalled for 9 hrs. I have not seen that before.
Late last week I had to take one of my personal runners down due to a hardware failure. As it is one of the larger machines in the runner fleet (in terms of concurrent jobs), I suspect that CI may be struggling a bit more than usual. I intend on replacing the machine in question in the near future. Cheers, - Ben
