I'm still seeing this OSX failure, below.
It seems to be to do with T5611 but I have no way to see what the problem is, and I don't think it's any thing to do with me
When I click on "unlimited lines" to attempt to see the error, Firefox hangs, and I have to kill it.
It's unsettling getting all these failure messages
