After a few surprises, I have finished my migration.

Unfortunately, CI IS STILL BROKEN.

All CI runners disabled themselves while GitLab was in maintenance mode. (That's not very helpful, but never mind.)

As I do not have the access or privileges required to restart the runners, they will stay dead until the proper people can restart them.
