We need a bugfix release for 7.6 or get 7.8 soon to support OS X Mavericks

Hi all, It's getting more urgent to have a working GHC on OS X Mavericks. 35% [1] of OS X users are now on Mavericks and won't have a working GHC unless they jump through some hoops [2].
