[PATCH] Stage1Only only builds stage 1

Hi Everyone, I created a ticket that includes some changes to allow the Stage1Only flag to only build stage 1. This makes it easier to build cross compilers where the target won't be a suitable environment to actually host a stage 2 compiler. http://hackage.haskell.org/trac/ghc/ticket/7841 Thanks! --trevor
