tl;dr: If you would like to produce a binary distribution for GHC 8.0.1-rc4 then let us know, grab the source distribution and start building.
The FreeBSD builds (32- and 64-bit, for 9.3-RELEASE or later) are now available there: http://haskell.inf.elte.hu/ghc/8.0.0.20160421/
