Just weighing in from the LTS side (and I guess MinGHC as well): having a
link to 7.8.4 is definitely the right thing to do. LTS 2 will not compile
with GHC 7.10 (see: https://github.com/fpco/stackage/issues/378 for more
information).

Hi Howard,
Ah, I was under the impression that there would be a download link from the LTS section on the download page.
Since there isn’t one I have updated the pull request with a section for Haskell LTS which provides links to 7.8.4.
It will look like https://github.com/Mistuke/hl/blob/update-windows-download-pages/static/mark...

Rather than pointing to just the latest 7.10.1 release, please consider having 7.10.1 and 7.8.4 links (and others if you wish). Haskell LTS 2.3 is designed for GHC-7.8.4. It seems to me that many Windows users would find that an attractive combination in addition to 7.10.1.

Hi Simon,
I have created a pull request to update the download links to 7.10.1 releases.

The MinGHC alternative has a link to MinGHC- | 7.8.3 installer. Should this be updated to MinGHC-7.8.4? I ask this | because Long Term Support Haskell 2.3 is now using GHC 7.8.4.
