I suspect this may have been due to niteria's piResult patch. I noticed similar failures when attempting to merge his patch and meant to return to the matter but forgot leave a comment on the Diff.

In fact niteria reverted the patch in question so hopefully it these should now be gone. Cheers, - Ben
