
From the python 3 reference:
New in version 3.3: The 'rb' prefix of raw bytes literals has been
added as a synonym of 'br'.
Simon, can you try replacing that occurrent of rb by br and see
whether that fixes it? Just the one on the line it complained about.

I can’t use arc. At the end of ‘arc diff’ it says
