Phab and trac are gonna stay online in read only mode right?

I’m still fuzzy on the long term hosting plans , but I worry that If we don’t keep them online as sort of read only sites with maybe a “look at this new gitlab ” top bar, that a lot of links to stuff will start dying Is there a post wiki / ticket migration plan for this ?
