It does not, but I have discovered that the problem is related to my git-new-workdir setup, so I think I'll just fix it myself. (New submodule went into global .git but git-new-workdir can't deal with that.) Edward Excerpts from Alan & Kim Zimmerman's message of 2015-12-10 13:50:25 -0800:
