Ever wanted to write this? -- | Forks a thread, but kills it if it has more than 'limit' -- bytes resident on the heap. forkIOWithSpaceLimit :: IO () -> {- limit -} Int -> IO ThreadId I have a proposal (and some unpublished experimental patches) which do just that.
