Hm, these don't seem to have come together correctly. It looks like "make binary-dist" isn't ready for a stage1/cross-compiler... has anyone tried that before? All right, I have put the 32-bit and 64-bit FreeBSD builds here:

Note that I included the corresponding SHA-256 checksum as well. Also, I composed a brief README for the users on how to install and use the binary distributions.
