Re: GHC 8.2.1-rc1 source tarball availability

I'd like to run the testsuite on macOS but I am having trouble following the documentation at https://ghc.haskell.org/trac/ghc/wiki/Building/RunningTests/Running Do I need to download something in addition to the source tarball or am I making some mistake?
