I guess it is a typo because *base_GHCziWeak_runFinalizerBatch_closure*
does exists in base/GHC/Weak.hs.

The following files have the wrong name:
- rts/package.conf.in
   - rts/rts.cabal.in
   - rts/Prelude.h
   - rts/win32/libHSbase.def
