CI failures

Hi all, This morning I found that one of the core services running on gitlab.haskell.org had crashed due to an out-of-memory condition. This resulted in a number of spurious CI failures. I have restarted a few but don't hesitate to restart any that I may have missed. Cheers, - Ben
