GitLab is again up and churning through the next round of migrations which is yet again taking quite a bit longer than expected. I will need to arrange another r short outage tomorrow to finish the final phase of the upgrade but it will remain up and usable until then. I will be starting the GitLab upgrade shortly. Expect approximately 30 minutes of downtime.

The service is back up temporarily but currently performing background migrations, which are taking longer than expected. There will be two more periods of brief downtime as we migrate to 4.10 and then 5.0. I will write to the list when the next down period begins.

The second phase of the migration will begin shortly.
