Herbert, thanks for merging this, but this is somehow not working for me. I see this patch in ghc repo after ./sync-all pull, but my libraries/primitive is still on 5ae8fbb8131ccc934cadd29cc1d17298cfdaef4b commit from November 2013 Is there anything special I need to do in order to update git submodules?
