I've adeed Roman to the list and made you a maintainer of the Proposals Committee team (let me know if this isn't sufficient).

Alas, these are the first committee-related emails I've received since Feb 4 and I'm only now finding out that I'm a member and have been assigned a proposal so I'll need a few days to get up to speed. Is there anything about procedures etc. that I should read? Thanks, Roman
