Actually, it's even part of Haskell2010[1], and GHC does enable it by default today. I thought we would be changing the default by adding it to GHC2020, but since we aren't I'm less concerned about FFI. [1]: https://www.haskell.org/onlinereport/haskell2010/haskellch8.html#x15-1490008
