I guess this is the stereotypical call for volunteers that echoes silently in the big hall.
Let me make an arbitrary concrete suggestion, and ask Alejandro: Would you be willing to jump in and pull this through?
Steps are * send out the call for nomiations * collect the nominations * send them in private mail to all _active_ members * collect the votes * announce the result
Of course I’ll assist and advice.
