Dear Committe, Split RecordDotSyntax into two extensions has been proposed by Shayne Fletcher https://github.com/ghc-proposals/ghc-proposals/pull/405 This is an amendment to #282, proposing to introduce separate extensions OverloadedRecordDot and OverloadedRecordUpdate instead. I’ll propose Simon PJ as the shepherd, given that he has shepherded #282.
