 If we have

 {{{#!hs
 data V a deriving (Functor)
 }}}

 and we evaluate

 {{{#!hs
 f <$> (error "Boo!" :: Void)
 }}}

 we should really get a "Boo" error, rather than a useless "Void fmap" one.
 The offending code is in `compiler/typecheck/TcGenFunctor.hs`.
