I checked the rc2 binary distributions and found that the `i386-deb8-linux`, `x86_64-deb8-linux`, `x86_64-unknown-mingw32`, and `x86_64-apple-darwin` distributions all contain a `ghc.1` manpage. I also verified that `ghc.1` was installed to `$prefix/share/man/man1` as expected. Finally, I checked the rc1 `x86_64-deb8-linux` tarball and confirmed that it too has a `ghc.1`.
