 Given the following input file:

 {-# LANGUAGE KindSignatures, GADTs, DataKinds, TypeOperators #-}

 data Foo1 :: [*] -> * where
 data Foo2 :: ([] *) -> * where

 }}}

 it fails on the definition of `Foo2`:

 list-promote2.hs:4:16: parse error on input `]'
 }}}
