I'm asking since for complete verification I would need to: 1) patch and build 7.6.x (using gmake -j1) 2) patch GHC HEAD and build with (1) using gmake -jX The reason is simple, your offered patch GHC will be used just to build ghc-stage1 + boot libs and this is just a small part of GHC bootstrap. Everything else will go with ghc-stage1 which also needs to be patched.
