The only question is whether they are called * `TypeRep t`: type indexed * `TypeRepX`: non-indexed or * `TypeRepT t` or `TTypeRep t`: type indexed * `TypeRep`: non-indexed The latter has the merit of being more backward compatible. The former is nicer to my mind.
