Dynamic libraries now refer to @rpath instead of @loader_path for the location of other installed dynlibs. All executables, hence also the ghc binary, set an @rpath link/anchor to: "@loader_path/..", meaning that all package directories must be in the same directory as the parent directory of the executable.
