This has only happened since the release of 7.10.1 and it appears to
still be happening in the ghc-7.10 branch.
However I am finding that the commits prior to the 7.10.1 release also
exhibit the behavior. I'm not surprised it's also happening with commits prior to 7.10.1. By saying it's only happened since the release of 7.10.1, I was speaking in release terms.
