 Now that {{{TypeRep}}} has a {{{[KindRep]}}} field internally,
 {{{Data.Typeable}}} should export {{{typeRepKinds}}} (alongside
 {{{typeRepTyCon}}} and {{{typeRepArgs}}}, which are currently exported) to
 allow users to access it.
